Defect? Not Sure What This Means.

So I looked at my Lightning before the dealer had a chance to "prep" it. I'm wondering why this mark in on there. Is this a quality control issue that got missed? Anyone see anything like this?

I don't think that is a Lightning electric truck put if that mark washed off I would not wary to much about it.

I have not seriously memorized the jack points on the truck, but is this actually pointing to one so that someone else before you got it was asking the question? (It should have been marked with a grease pencil if it was.)
