'23 Price increases.

Inflation is real. I get it, but $8900 price increase on Lariat ER and elimination of some of the coolest party tricks like onboard scales and smart tow hitch? After waiting paitiently since Day One, I'm out @FoMoCo on this one. I'll order a base. And wait. And keeper the ICEr for road trips.
