Are you happy with the estimated range of the Lightning?

Ford's new electric pickup claims up to 300 miles of range and a 10,000-pound towing capacity. How do you feel about the estimated range that Ford is advertising with the Lightning?

I think it's just fine. It's a lot of weight to move around and that takes energy. Plus, the price is reasonable even though I'll probably end up close to the 90k mark. I'm looking forward to more information being released.

I wonder if it will hold up long term, or if the more miles you put on the truck leads to a smaller and smaller range, especially while towing.

Good question. I don't usually keep my vehicles long enough for it to be a concern for me. That said, I wonder how they will hold value...typically speaking EVs(at least from Chevrolet) are TERRIBLE at holding their values and it makes it a better deal to lease if you aren't keeping it long term.
