Ok I know truck should be charging to 90%. But my truck won't get off 100% charge. This is not good for battery. Anyone else have same issue. What if it's not shutting of at 100%

Ford sales rep number is also for issues with truck. They passed me to battery department. They told me what to look for and made changes to home charging settings. Had home charging set to 100%. So every time I plugged it in at home it would go to 100%
