I just got this notice in FordPass:
I was wondering when I may see something related to this. Seems like for the last several weeks the data has been looking very odd there. Double entries on some items - one with accurate data and one with miscalculated data…also saw several times where I was plugged in at home on FCSP and it saw it as DC Fast Charaging.
I also noticed that my cellular connection in the truck has been flakey lately - took a long trip from PA to VA and missed out on traffic data which would have been helpful. Then it mysteriously started to work again. Hope @Ford Motor Company can get it figured out.
