Anyone else seeing just a blank popup when you click on Pre-Approval Certificate? I used to see it, although the expiration date was Dec 31, 2021; but now it is blank.

I've noticed the same thing -- the "Pre-Approval Certificate" was there some time ago maybe about 3-4 months previously. Now's it's completely "blank". Now that my truck sticker says close to 89,+, would like to know how much Ford Credit will finance me for & what credit terms!!!

Yes - same thing. I believe the Interest rates have significantly changed since those were originally sent out which probably explains the reason but this is just an educated guess….
