I spent 4 days trying to get the charge apps to work on my phone. FYI I found out that it will not work on 5ghz you have to put your phone 2.4ghz and the charge has to be on 2.4ghz

Pretty sure all chargers are using the 2.4GHz freq.

I believe to get the Ford charge station pro apps to load you uses the 2.4 ghz and once it is connected to Ford pass then it will work on either because now that I have it connected my phone just puts me on the 5ghz after I turn it on in the morning and it works fine. But seiman Help told me that.
