According the the new chart everyone that got an invite on Sept 7 will get there truck by Dec 31

I hope you are right but I am not optimistic. I placed my order 2 1/2 months ago (on 8/11/22) and I haven’t heard anything since then. Stuck waiting for the dashboard go to “in production”. There is only 2 more months until 12/31. Frustrating process due to lack of communication.

The chart that Ford put out says all Sept 7 invites will get their truck delivered by Dec 31. Most of the truck will be made in June and July and August of 2023 when the new plant is retooled. So you ordered an XLT

Well according to the chart wave 1 Pro's you could get it anytime between now and Nov 2023

I placed my order on Sept 8 and today 10/27/22 I got email saying My order stats has be updated but when I go to my account it does not show any change. I think they have one person or department send the email and another department update your account. I hope they did not call in sick

I received two emails that said that and still no updates on my production schedule... frustrating.

After you told me that I called Ford Marketing and he looked up my order and told me that my order is being scheduled for production and I would get another email with a builded date. He said that the order was not being held up for anything and I will get the next email soon.

I call the regular number 1800 3923673 then once you get a person tell them you want the Marketing Department. They handle all Lightning calls.
