You will have to have an electrician wire in a transfer switch which could be done at the same time as you might have a charger wired in.

You will need an inverter installed to transfer the DC from the Lightning to AC that the home can use. You will also need a 100-amp breaker in your breaker box to run the 80-amp, 240 volt home charger that comes with the extended battery.
