Does the front light bar do anything cool?

I haven't seen anything concerning this one way or the other, but does the front light bar across the frunk lid do anything as far as blinker operation or show some kind of battery/charge status when plugged in? Is it just a dumb light that is either on or off, or is there more to it than that? Can it be turned off when driving?

This is an interesting question. Wouldnt it be nice if we found out that it had multi colored leds and its just a matter of programming to design all kinds of features?
