According to the Ford convert to order play book since dealers don't have to have the reservation list in till Dec 17 the first wave will be after that maybe on Dec 20 as previous thought. Also if the dealer starts anding DAM you can steal change dealers at that time by calling Ford and it will not effect status in line.
