Interpreting reservation number and date

Anyone know how to interpret reservation number and date as it relates to projected actual truck delivery. As expected the reservation numbers appear to increase as dates progress but what is with the 8 digits? What number is the first reservation? What is currently being projected as the first delivery date? Any delivery preferences for higher priced orders versus say a base Pro truck?

This sounds like they really don't go by first in first out. Or dose it.
