Lightning Delivered Damaged

My salesman called today to let me know that my truck had arrived.
He went out to inspect it and found the front end damaged and sent pictures.
It's mostly cosmetic, but the lower panel will need to be replaced.
The dealer says they will make it right, but won't the damage always show up on a Carfax?
These trucks are in so much demand I doubt I have much leverage to negotiate anything.
Should I just suck it up and accept my new truck with front end repairs?
