yes, and if we can persuade someone with a lot of time and excel experience to simply provide a format to input your VEHICLE you are looking to purchase, your expected DELIVERY/PURCHASE Date, your INCOME you expect to have for that YEAR, etc., to get an INSTANT feedback on potential regulation impact.

I'm not sure he is right about the credit on new vehicles being refundable going forward. Notice he didn't highlight any specific language in the bill that says that because it doesn't.
