Really good news. Congratulations.
It looks like from your earlier posts that the blend date was 12/14, the build was completed by 12/24 and it was shipped on 1/02. That is a pretty reasonable time schedule for Ford. It looks like they are getting their act together with this process.

Hopefully it’s that and not that they “rushed” the build and compromised quality…lol!

If you qualify financially you should be able to score the full tax rebate too because you will get it before March. My blend is in 9 days.

Don't believe he will get the tax rebate. The MSRP exceeds $80k for any ER Lightning. If I understand correctly (I could be wrong), the March extension only applies to the battery sourcing requirement in the Inflation Act, waiting for clarification on the rules for that specific requirement. The other, clear requirements (such as MSRP limit and income limitations) are in effect. Anyone have different, definitive information?

Yeah, you are probably right regarding the 80k cap.
I think the delay to sometime in March only applies to battery sourcing. Who knows though at this point in time…

And the dealer just let me know it was now in transit, outside of Akron, OH headed to them in New Holland, PA…

I went to my Ford account today and it has been saying that I was in production Dec 7 now today it said in production Jan 3. So now I don't know what to think.

My dealer contacted me - it has arrived - my Antimatter blue Lariat!

I went in tonight to start the paperwork and have them evaluate my trade in and got to check it out. They still need to do a state inspection (but no emissions - lol) and then prep and detail it and we will pick it up Friday evening!

Will post better pics after cleanup!

Yes My dealer told me that 2.9 is for F 150 2023 and 7% for 2023 Lightning. He told me to look some place else for the loan

Wow! What a difference a year makes. I just checked my credit union and the rates listed are 4.74 (60-mo) and 5.04 (72-mo).
