The earliest assigned customer order build date I've seen anyone mention so far is April 18th. I've seen a dealer mannequin build date for the week before that, 4/11. No production vehicles have been shipped yet because those dates imply that none have been built yet.
I'm not sure if the vehicles they use for media testing are batched with the dealer mannequins or separately, but I would think they'd be built in early April as well. I wouldn't expect any hands-on reviews before mid April, at the earliest.
